1.    Whenever you are ready to go and pick up your vehicle, allow at the very least half an hour to complete the process.

2.    Examine the vehicle the person that did the repairs or the person that gave you the initial 
estimate.

4.    Have a copy of the estimate that was given to you and compare it to the final bill.
