CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts is a family of family businesses all through North America, such as Jungerman CARSTAR in St. Peters, Missouri. More and more, these family businesses are headed by females.  Today, around 60 women own some percentage of interest in sixty-eight shops in seventeen states.  A majority of these women grew up in the business, taking over shops from their fathers.  Some lead stores with their siblings, and others with their spouses.  Together, they deliver operational brilliance, a fantastic focus on customer happiness and new levels of performance for their businesses.

Toni Donius’ mom and dad started in Jungerman CARSTAR in 1991, and turned the garage over to she and her brother Kerry Woodson whenever they chose to retire. Toni's been around the business since it first started up, and has been working full-time at the shop for the past nine years.  She describes her day-to-day responsibilities as pretty much doing everything that doesn't involve working on and painting cars.  Toni says that what differentiates Jungerman from other shops is the family atmosphere and that they are constantly going above and beyond for their customers.  Jungerman has also recently gone Green, with solar panels being placed on the roof of the shop, which Toni says will slash their utility bills in half.  They are also doing substantial remodeling both inside and out with new paint, new furniture, a new layout, and a newly renovated HERTZ counter.
